Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It sounds like you are managing a lot. I do agree with you that more work doesn’t always mean more learning. Challenge is so important for our growth, but maybe we can find a way to challenge our students without demanding that they give up other aspects of life. Challenge could be a small task that is very deep and requires a lot of thinking and reflection, rather than a multitude of tasks, some of which have little meaning.
